Style: Hoppy American Farmhouse
We reimagined this beer as of 2021. Brewed as a base pale ale that is heavily dry hopped with Mosaic it is then reconditioned with our house "Lando" culture.
It is dry with a bitter backbone, and the Brett note comes through as lime and ripe pineapple with a hint of barnyard and an effervescent finish. Truly a beautiful beer that a lot of people will hate.
