We offer a limited 30-day return on our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer product exchange or in-store credit. We do not refund shipping costs.
If you receive a damaged item, please notify us immediately. You will be required to provide your receipt of purchase, a photo of the damaged item with a short explanation/description. Upon review and acceptance, we will send you a replacement product.
Once we have received and inspected the product you wish to exchange, we will send you an email to notify you of the inspection and your replacement product will be shipped to you within 24 hours.
Please note that all orders ship out within 24 hours or less, unless otherwise stated. If you wish to cancel an order, please keep this time frame in mind. If your shipment has already left we will be unable to cancel.
As you know, yeast is a living organism! We do everything we can to ensure the viability of the yeast you order through us. When we ship liquid yeast, it is sent out with a complimentary freezer pack to help control temperature. We recommend you order your Yeast between Monday and Wednesday in order to ensure that your shipment will not be held over the weekend by Canada Post. We do not accept refunds or exchanges on liquid yeast.
We do everything we can to ensure the safety of all glass products ordered through our store. All glass shipped will be properly and safely packaged prior to shipping. We can not guarantee or foresee what events may arise during delivery and so glass ships at your own risk. We do not accept exchanges or refunds on broken glass.
