The base of this beer is the classic Lando A series, built from the AK blend, with stone fruit and rocky slate undertones. Acidity level is very approachable light and sweet. 4 different beers went into this blend 2 barrel blends 2.5yr and 2 yr as well as 2 fresh stainless. 25% split. Batch F spent 2 months on Raspberries before bottling in Feb 2025.
