BA Dragon Fruit Mojito Sour

This beer was hard to name. What does a dragon fruit actually taste like? Why does it look like a perfect sunset and make me think of islands and terrible reality TV shows?  Will Joey pick Sandra, or maybe Julie, or possibly Steve? Like I said, hard to name… maybe focus on the island part.

Aged for 16 months in neutral oak, this golden sour was then refermented on Dragon fruit and fresh ON Mint picked up at the DT Kitchener Market. A light salt solution was added prior to canning and it was conditioned for 5 weeks before release. The whole experimental beer was made possible because of a cocktail Rob tried.
