Cascades are known for their aroma and citrus flavours. Cascades are among the “3 C’s” which also include Columbus and Centennials. Tavistock Cascades performed well in 2016 and have a very pleasant aroma and 6.3% Alphas.
Alpha Acid: 6.3% (2017 Crop)
Beta Acid: 7.1%
Used For: Multipurpose Good for flavor and aroma, but an acceptable bittering hop. Dry-hopping
