Usage Rate- Up to 15%
Tip: Spelt is a non husk malt so if used in high percentages you may consider adding Rice Hulls to your brew. Rob uses a small percentage of Spelt malt in American Sour beers.
Storage: Store malts in low humidity, pest free environment with a temperature below 32°C - 90°F
