Produced from high quality German Spelt. Spelt has a slightly malty aromatic in the taste mixed with biscuit and hazelnut

Color °L- 1.9-3.2

Usage Rate- Up to 15% 

Tip: Spelt is a non husk malt so if used in high percentages you may consider adding Rice Hulls to your brew. Rob uses a small percentage of Spelt malt in American Sour beers.

Storage: Store malts in low humidity, pest free environment with a temperature below  32°C - 90°F
