Sensory Class - Identifying Common Hop Characteristics - Wednesday, Sept 12th and 19th

In this two-session training, we'll work our way through a Hop Sensory Kit from the Siebel Institute. Exploring 23 common bittering and aromatic compounds, we'll discuss popular and emerging varieties along with hopping rates for different styles. From grapefruit to furaneol, and potato skins to linalool, this class has something to offer to novice and experienced homebrewers alike. Join us on September 12 and 19 to strengthen your hop game. Classes start at 7:30pm.
