In this one-session class, we'll work our way through 8 compounds and off-flavours from the Siebel Institute, each associated with one of three important ingredients: hops, water, or grain. This is one of three sessions running as part of our Learn to Brew event on Saturday, November 3. It will run for 1-1.5 hours, starting at 1:30pm.
