Oak Smoked Wheat Malt - Weyermann (DE)

This wheat malt is produced from the finest German wheat and is traditionally used in German Grätzer/Grodziskie style ale. It is also appropriate in wheat beers, smoked wheat ales and smoked ales. This malt provides a fine smoked oak aroma and will impart a flavour of vanilla and honey in your beer.

Usage Rate - Up to 100%

Storage: Store malts in low humidity, pest free environment with a temperature below  32°C - 90°F
