Lavender is used in meadowsweet ales or as an addition to a sour beer to give a nice calming aroma. Add in 1/2 oz to the last 2 minutes of boil to add in aroma to a 5 gallon batch. Alternatively add in 1-2 oz in secondary fermentation.
Recommended Storage: Store in cool, dry conditions in well sealed containers.
Tip: This is powerful stuff, so less is more.
