Fancy Hungarian Oak! Medium toasted,allows you to mimic aging a beer in oak barrels without the cost. The medium toast has stronger barrel and wood flavour versus the light toast.

Tip: Boil your chips for 10 minutes before placing in your fermentor. This will sterilize as well as releases some of the harsher tannin flavour in the oak.
