Glacier (US)

Released in 2000 as a public variety by Dr. Stephen Kenny of Washington State University, Glacier is an aroma variety with excellent dual purpose capabilities. Glacier hops add light bittering and aroma with an earthy, slightly floral character and sweet citric edge.

Alpha Acids: 4.0 - 7.5%

Beta Acids: 7 - 10%

Used For: Mainly aroma but can be used as a dual purpose hop

Styles: American Ales, Farmhouse Style Ales.
