It's back! This year we have selected two unique strains to create a winning combination that can help elevate your hard cider.
Cider Blend 2022 combines a saison strain isolated from a Texas farmhouse ale producer with our well flocculating English II strain. Together these strains offer a well attenuating blend that produces classic saison notes and fruit jam. This blend was propagated using gluten free media.
Fermentation Temperature: 16-24 (with lower temperatures producing less esters)
Attenuation: Complete (in fruit juice)
