Tayberry Cruffin Pastry Stout
Brewed in collaboration with the lovely folks at Golden Hearth Bakery. This sour stout was brewed with cruffins in the mash, then matured on a mix of blackberries and raspberries, and topped off with a lemon marshmallow (only in house). It's nothing like any pastry stout you've ever had before, but exactly like every tayberry cruffin you've ever had.
