Barrel Aged Blended Sour Saison
We have been holding onto this gem for a little while, letting it condition nicely in the bottle. This here is straight-up Lando. For those of you who don’t know, “A” denotes a neutral oak blend (no barrel characteristic, fruit, or extra hop additions), while the “D” indicates that this is the 4th of the neutral batches. Rob has not tried to hide from anyone that the A series are his favourite children (aside from his human one, of course). This batch was 30% neutral blend from third-use California red wine barrels, 50% second-use French Puncheon, and 20% fresh and hoppy Lando. Looks like we salvaged this whole crappy year with one beer release; you’re welcome!
