Chamomile is a sweet daisy-like flowers that is cultivated across the world, and tends to find it's way into as many healing blends of teas. It also finds its ways into spiced ales. This herb blended with Lemon Balm and St. John's Wort is a very beautiful herbal mix for a Gruit or Belgian Wit.
Recommended Storage: Store in cool, dry conditions in well sealed containers.
Tip: Chamomile will add bitterness to a Gruit. If you are looking for herbal notes with less bitterness only add in for Whirlpool. If you require bitterness add in the last 5-10 min of boil.
