Sodium Metabisulfite 2oz
Sodium Metabisulfite will help kill wild yeast and removes chlorine and chrloramines that are found in tap water. Add powder to your brewing water. Antioxidant and bactericide - use 1/4 teaspoon to 6 gallons. Dissolve in warm water before adding.
Tip: Use larger quantity as a sanitizer - use 2 oz. per 1 gallon of water.
