Café - Castle (BE)
Château Café is a Belgian coffee malt that imparts a nutty and slight coffee flavour and aroma to beers. Café malt adds a "coffee" note in Stouts and Porters and a smooth mouth feel and complexity to any dark ale. Reinforces the colour of the beer. Perfect for stouts, porters, Scottish ale, dark Belgian style beer, slightly in brown ales for hints of fresh roasted coffee.
