One of the original releases we did at Short Finger with the bottle shop launch in June, 2018. This beer was originally brewed with Sam from Sawdust City, Jan 2017. It was released at the first ever funkfest and that was the first times anyone ever heard the name Short Finger in the ON brewing scene. We liked the beer, the name and Sam so much we decided to keep it going.
Gin Barrel Aged Sour with Lime Zest. This beer spends 9 to 14 months in fresh gin barrels sourced from Willibald farm distillery in Ayre, ON.
