Barrel Aged Black Forest Sour
Brewed with our favourite bartender, Bill Thomson from Kick-Off (sorry Stuart), this amber base saw a shorter-than-usual 6 month barrel maturation before we pulled it out onto cocoa nibs from Ghana and montmorency cherries from Niagara. Have your cake and eat it too.
