Lemongrass is a great addition in Belgian spiced ales. Add in 2 oz to the last 2 minutes of boil to add in aroma to a 5 gallon batch. Alternatively add in an 1-2 oz in secondary fermentation.
Recommended Storage: Store in cool, dry conditions in well sealed containers.
Tip: Before using lemon grass grab a knife and cutting board and chop it up a bit to help release the flavour in your homebrew.
