Peppercorn is a suitable addition in Belgian Saisons, but as with all things homebrew it is a choose your on adventure. Add 1/2 oz in the last 5-15 min of boil for a 5 gallon batch. Black pepper can be used in secondary as well.
Recommended Storage: Store in cool, dry conditions in well sealed containers.
Tip: Try cracking open the pepper corn not grinding as this will open up the flavour into the beer. Be careful with quantities especially when cracked or grinding of pepper added into your beer as it can be quite potent. Try balancing pepper with a fruit addition like peaches.
