Tasting Night at SFBC Headquarters•
Posted on August 09 2015
A couple of weeks ago, owner Rob Hern brewed a batch of his 9.2.5 XPA. He split the brew into 3 fermenters and inoculated each one with a different American ale yeast:
White Labs PurePitch 001 Cali, Safale US-05 and Danstar BRY-97. Check out his blog post about it here. Once you've read it, let us know if you are interested in being part of the blind tasting panel! We'll be tasting the beers this Thursday, August 13, at 8:00pm at SFBC Headquarters. If you are interested in participating in the tasting, please e-mail email@example.com to confirm your place on the panel. We'll be judging the 3 beers against each other in order to determine which of the yeasts reigns supreme. Looking forward to seeing some of you there. Cheers!
PS - If you can't make it on Thursday, keep your eyes peeled for future tasting opportunities.
